Chris Baily seeks an experienced Hospital Marketer / Liaison to develop and maintain hospital referral networks. This role targets hospital-based sources and discharge planners, with a focus on growing referrals and maintaining productive, long-term hospital partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have direct hospital marketing experience and a track record of generating hospital referrals, while collaborating with clinical, intake, and operations teams to facilitate timely admissions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication with clinicians, discharge planners and care coordinators.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain hospital relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians.
• Generate new patient referrals from hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new hospital accounts and referral opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals and maintain presence with referral partners.
• Educate hospital referral sources about services, programs and capabilities.
• Track activity, accounts, and development efforts; meet goals.
