Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Marketer / Liaison with direct hospital marketing experience to develop, strengthen, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals and key hospital-based referral sources.Direct hospital marketing experience is required for this position. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience working directly with hospitals and established relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and other healthcare decision-makers.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating hospital referrals, developing new referral sources, and maintaining productive, long-term hospital relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, and other hospital-based referral sources.
• Generate new patient referrals from hospitals within the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new hospital accounts and referral opportunities.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals and maintain a consistent presence with key referral partners.
• Strengthen existing hospital relationships to increase and maintain referral volume.
• Educate hospital referral sources regarding the organization’s services, programs, and capabilities.
• Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with prospective and established hospital referral partners.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, and operations teams to facilitate appropriate referrals and timely admissions.
• Track hospital referral activity, account development, contacts, and business-development efforts.
• Represent the organization professionally at hospital meetings, networking events, and healthcare-related functions.
• Meet established hospital marketing, account-development, and referral-generation goals.
