Universal Health Services in New Jersey is seeking a FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST/SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR at Hampton Behavioral Health Center. The role handles all incoming calls, routes to the correct department, greets visitors in a professional manner, takes messages, and maintains a calm, efficient front desk.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and phone skills, a High School diploma or GED, and preferably prior experience in a medical office. Emergency responsiveness is expected.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED certification required.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills
• Previous experience working in a medical office preferred

Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and interdepartmental calls, routing them to the appropriate department or person.
• Greet all visitors to the facility in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Take messages when appropriate and conduct all interactions, either by telephone or in person, in a professional manner.
• Be able to respond to emergency and crisis situations quickly and efficiently and read and interpret the fire alarm board.
