Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Nursing or related clinical area.
• Licensure: CPHQ or within 12 months of employment.
• Experience: 3+ years in acute hospital setting; 1 year supervision.
• Knowledge: robust process improvement and high reliability practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage hospital quality and patient safety program.
• Supervise quality and patient safety staff.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting of quality metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to monitor outcomes and budget.
• Coordinate accreditation and regulatory readiness (JCAHO, CMS, TDH).
• Educate physicians and staff on high reliability methodologies.
