Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives, meetings and clinical program management to achieve service goals.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or Robust Process Improvement methodologies to projects.
• Use advanced quantitative skills to evaluate data, summarize results and make recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to national and external quality measures (CMS, USNWR, Leapfrog, HEDIS).
