Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in criminal justice or related field preferred.
• Two years of police, security or emergency dispatch experience.
• Security Officer Commissioned or Non-Commissioned License; Texas driver’s license; CPI certification within 60 days.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor security requests via centralized systems.
• Coordinate and document security responses for routine and emergency situations.
• Maintain logs and reports with accuracy in stressful situations.
• Communicate with patients, staff and visitors with a customer-service focus.
• Support emergency operations and security alerts as needed.
