Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to direct preventive and corrective maintenance in our hospital facilities. You will manage staffing, coordinate work orders, ensure compliance with codes, and mentor maintenance staff to meet safety and performance standards.

The role requires prior hospital maintenance experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with building systems, drawings, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a trade school.
• Experience: Five years in hospital maintenance and operation. Three years supervisory experience.
• Other Credentials: Driver's License
• Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in English with verbal and written communication skills; ability to read architectural drawings; knowledge of codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance work assignments and supervises staff.
• Ensures safety and compliance with codes; manages building systems.
• Schedules resources and monitors PM completion rate.
• Maintains facility drawings and manuals; mentors staff; participates in committees.
