Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a trade school.
- Five years in hospital maintenance and operation experience.
- Three years supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in English with verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Directs corrective and preventive maintenance work assignments to keep patient areas safe and functional.
- Plans and recommends replacement of equipment and assists in construction planning.
- Supervises maintenance staff daily and provides leadership to meet organizational goals.
- Maintains facility as-built drawings and owners' operation manuals.
- Ensures safety and compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
