• Maintain boiler room equipment and logging procedures.
• Monitor meters and regulate flow of oil or water for boiler control.
• Detect malfunctions and notify supervisor for major repairs.
• Test boiler water hardness and regenerate softeners as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Operate boiler controls and automation software.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Support safety and regulatory compliance.
