Responsabilidades

• Assists in preparation and filling of medications for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Replenishes Pyxis machines and monitors refrigerator temperatures; documents corrective actions.
• Counts, compounds and repackages pharmaceuticals using established procedures.
• Performs IV preparation using aseptic technique and transports IVs to nursing areas.
• Performs billing/crediting functions to ensure proper billing and waste documentation.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas and restocks inventory as needed.
