Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of inpatient hospital experience.
• Must be proficient in functions of Hospital Pharmacy Technician.
• PHARMTECH REG - Registered MA Pharmacy Tech.
• Ability to work independently with limited pharmacist supervision.
• Moderate computer skills for automation software.
• Strong math skills including fractions, ratios and decimals.
• Must be 18+ years old and of good character.
• Occasionally drive vehicle for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation/mixing/compounding/dispensing/ control of medications for patients.
• Collaborate with Pharmacists, Nurses and Techs to ensure accurate dispensing.
• Follow hospital SOPs and policies in daily operations.
