Job summary

UMass Memorial Health in Marlborough is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in dispensing medications, prepare IV admixtures, and support inventory. The role requires MA licensure with CPhT preferred and involves handling Pyxis Medstation and hospital pharmacy systems.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician in MA and CPhT certification preferred.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy processes and IV admixtures is ideal.
• Familiarity with automated dispensing and pharmacy software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing medications and preparation of IV admixtures.
• Deliver IV solutions and replace medication to floor stock.
• Maintain accurate records and operate the pharmacy computer system.
• Manage unit-dosed packaging, labeling, and expiration dating.
• Support inventory control and restock automated dispensing machines.
