Job summary

Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead inpatient pharmacy services at a community hospital in Utah. The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficiency, driving operational excellence and optimizing medication workflows.

The ideal candidate has pharmacist licensure, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, and 3–5 years of hospital leadership experience with expertise in sterile compounding and medication safety. Mentoring staff is essential.

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution; Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency is required.
Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility) in the state.
3–5 years hospital pharmacy experience with progressive leadership or supervisory responsibilities; expertise in sterile compounding regulations and medication safety practices.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of leading teams through operational change.
