Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Utah in good standing.
• 2–5 years of pharmacy experience with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of DEA, FDA, and state/federal pharmacy laws.
• Ability to manage inventories and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to pharmacy staff.
• Oversee prescription reviews for accuracy and safety.
• Maintain patient profiles and regulatory records.
• Plan procedures for dispensing and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Deliver patient education on medications and device use.
