Lakeview Hospital in Utah is seeking a Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team and contribute to high-quality patient care. You will interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff while maintaining professional standards and supporting a collaborative work environment.

You will provide medications, compound and dispense as needed, and transcribe prescriptions into the CPCS system. You will serve as a drug information resource to clinical staff and patients, driving continued

Competenze

• Pharmacist
• PHARM-CS Pharmacist - Controlled Substance
• Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• One (1) year experience required

Mansioni

• Interact with patients, significant others, and health care team members while maintaining professional standards.
• Provide prescribed medications, drugs, and other supplies for patient care according to professional standards.
• Compound and dispense prescribed medications and related pharmaceuticals for patient care.
• Transcribe physician prescriptions and medication orders into the CPCS system to generate a label.
• Act as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff, and ancillary department personnel.
