Qualifications

• Current state licensed pharmacist.
• Hospital Pharmacy experience, with administrative experience.
• B.S. in Pharmacy required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with hospital pharmacy computer systems and databases.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily hospital pharmacy operations across assigned sites.
• Manage regulatory compliance, inventory controls, and diversion prevention.
• Oversee budgeting and staff productivity for pharmacy departments.
• Coordinate communication with physicians and staff to ensure patient care.
