Mercyhealth is seeking an experienced retail pharmacist to serve as a clinical and operational resource across our Illinois locations. The role combines patient care with staff development and long-term project leadership.

You will lead a major pharmacy initiative, contribute to policies, maintain current practice standards, and stay abreast of literature and CE. Competitive pay, 40-hour week, variable shifts, and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program.
• Wisconsin/Illinois Pharmacist license, depending on location.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpretive/analytical skills for drug dosage calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains a professionally operating retail pharmacy and serves as a resource for staff.
• Mentors staff development and education in retail pharmacy.
• Takes ownership of a long-term retail pharmacy project to ensure implementation across locations.
• Contributes to formulary policies and procedures for pharmaceutical care.
• Keeps up with professional literature and continuing education.
