Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL is seeking a pharmacist to coordinate the hospital pharmacy department under the Director of Pharmacy. This part-time role supports care across units from General Medicine to ICU, with flexibility for day and evening shifts.

The position requires a current pharmacist license and preferred hospital pharmacy experience. A PharmD is preferred and BLS/ACLS certifications are advantageous for immediate contributions.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include: General Medicine/Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.
