Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a Pharmacy Manager at North Shore Medical Center, 81 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA. This onsite role directs daily pharmacy operations and guides staff to achieve department goals and policies.

The ideal candidate has a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy and an active pharmacist license, with 2–3 years of management experience (3–5 preferred). 40 hours weekly; pay range $111,176–$161,772 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license required
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
• 2-3 years related hospital management experience required
• 3-5 years related management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of pharmacy services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff.
• Schedule and assign staff.
• Serve as a resource on pharmacy policies to pharmacists, physicians, nurses and hospital staff.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Staff development and performance evaluation.
• Recruitment, interviews and training of new staff.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Conduct educational programs and staff meetings.
