Burgess Health Center in Onawa, IA is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead clinical and operational aspects of the department. You will guide medication management, ensure compliance, and drive strategic initiatives across hospital pharmacy services.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with Epic and automated dispensing systems in a hospital setting. Rural/CAH familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Current pharmacist license for Iowa (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
