Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree and active license (OH)
• BLS certification (current or during orientation)
• ASHP residency or equivalent experience
• Pharmacy board certifications or other credentials
• ACLS may be required
• Pharmacokinetic dosing experience
• Drug therapy management experience
• Collaborative practice experience

Responsibilities

• Dispense and compound medications per standards of practice.
• Counsel patients on medications and health topics.
• Interpret prescriptions and manage patient drug therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
