Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (Required).
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy (Required).
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret information.
• Knowledge of compounding, pharmacy math, and hospital pharmacy operations.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Adaptable to varying tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist: prepare, label, and distribute pharmacy products.
• May prepare IV medications and process non-monitored medication requests.
• Document distribution for proper use and reimbursement per policy.
• Participate in process improvements and training of new associates.
• Support safety, quality, and efficiency in daily duties.
