Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD required.
• Ohio Pharmacist license required.
• Residency or equivalent experience preferred.
• Pharmacist certifications encouraged.
• BLS and ACLS certifications may be required.
• Clinical pharmacy and dosing experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and compound medications accurately.
• Counsel patients on drug therapy and health topics.
• Interpret prescriptions and optimize drug therapy with providers.
• Precept students and residents; educate staff as needed.
• Direct and guide pharmacy technicians and support personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians.
