Qualifications

• 1 year in customer service with data entry, telecommunications and customer interaction.
• 1 year in Teleservices experience.
• 1 year in Multi-line/PBX environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet customers to promote a positive image of the organization.
• Answer, prioritize and direct calls to reach appropriate areas.
• Assist with processing documents to ensure compliance with policies and smooth workflow.
• Assist with training others on the console to coordinate operations.
• Complete assigned goals.
