Responsibilities

• Timely answering of all calls at the main hospital line
• Maintain composure under stressful situations and prioritize CODE calls
• Route calls to the correct location without delay and document unusual volumes
• Act as hospital greeter and assist guests with directions and information
• Assist with staff training, drills, and performance improvement activities
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and participate in safety protocols
