Qualifications include at least one year in hospital telecommunications, solid computer skills, and a HS diploma or GED (preferred).

• Minimum one-year experience in hospital telecommunications.
• Computer skills required; ability to communicate with business, staff and patients in a professional manner; ability to relay information accurately.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and connect all calls to the requested areas in a professional and efficient manner.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Telecommunications Department.
