Responsibilities

• Meet with patrons during hospital visits to provide support, information, and reassurance.
• Assist with non-clinical needs like wayfinding and navigating hospital processes.
• Serve as primary contact for families during appointments or procedures.
• Bridge communication between patrons and hospital departments to coordinate care.
• Notify leaders of upcoming appointments to ensure smooth coordination.
• Arrange patron appointments and pre-registration to streamline arrival and check-in.
• Document patron interactions according to Foundation protocols.
• Support donor stewardship and participate in Foundation meetings and training.
• Coordinate Foundation events, hospital tours, and patron-related activities.
