Job summary

Clean2TheKore is hiring Patient Service Representatives at a hospital in Nashville. You will greet patients, take their meal choices, prepare and deliver meals, and ensure timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), 1 year of food service experience, and a Food Handler or ServSafe certificate or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Shifts are 12 hours, weekends rotate, with 40 hours per week and 3 openings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certificate, or willing to get one within 90 days of hire (preferred).
• Knowledge of patient safety and HACCP food safety rules.
• Comfortable using computer software to enter and look up information.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to take their meal choices.
• Prepare and deliver quality patient meals and supplies.
• Give great customer service using AIDET.
• Follow HACCP food safety and sanitation rules.
• Follow OSHA, infection control and HIPAA rules.
• Handle patient concerns and let your supervisor know.
• Use Computrition to enter and track patient orders.
