Qualifikationen

• Comfortable with active, on-your-feet work, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the hospital in Chattanooga.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, portion, and assemble patient meal trays according to diet orders and tray tickets.
• Deliver and retrieve patient meal trays and interact courteously with patients and staff.
• Prepare and serve food in the cafeteria and other retail food areas.
• Operate the dish machine and clean pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, serving lines, and dining areas.
• Stock supplies and rotate food items using FIFO practices.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection-prevention, and company protocols.
