Job summary

Clean2TheKore is hiring a Patient Service Representative at a hospital in Hendersonville, TN. You’ll be the friendly face patients see at mealtime, taking meal choices, preparing and delivering meals, and ensuring orders are accurate and timely.

In this role you’ll follow HACCP, OSHA, infection control and HIPAA rules, provide excellent customer service using AIDET, and use Computrition to manage patient orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Able to work a 6:30am-7:00pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to take their meal choices.
• Prepare and deliver patient meals and supplies.
• Give great customer service using AIDET.
• Follow HACCP food safety and sanitation rules.
• Follow OSHA, infection control and HIPAA rules.
• Handle patient concerns and let your supervisor know.
• Use Computrition to enter and track patient orders.
