Job summary

Clean 2 The KORE LLC is hiring a Patient Service Representative at a hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. You will be the friendly face patients see at mealtime, taking meal choices, prepping and delivering trays and ensuring comfort.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of food service experience preferred, and a ServSafe or Food Handler certificate (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Food Handler or ServSafe certificate, or willing to get one within 90 days of hire (preferred).
• Able to work weekends on a rotating schedule, and sometimes stay until 8:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients to take their meal choices.
• Prepare and deliver patient meal trays.
• Give great customer service using AIDET.
• Follow HACCP food safety rules.
• Use Computrition to enter and track patient orders.
