Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at UC Health West Chester Hospital in West Chester, OH. You will join a caring team focused on nourishing patients with accurate, timely meals.

The role requires good English literacy, basic computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed. Weekend rotations apply, and prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver/push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu options for allergies, tastes, and cultural needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with federal, state and JCAHO standards; uphold HIPAA confidentiality and patient rights policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining clean work stations and tray lines.
• Assist dietitians as needed and monitor patients on limited diets; communicate issues promptly.
