Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) at Premier Health in Dayton, Ohio. We offer full-time and part-time roles with schedules from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm; weekends required. You will help patients with menu choices, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure items meet nutritional requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing on dietary requirements.
• Prepare and assemble meals according to each patient’s order on time.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms at scheduled times.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support dietitians with monitoring patients on special diets.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports per policy.
• Communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
