Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a Patient Concierge to welcome newly admitted patients and connect them with the interdisciplinary care team during their first 72 hours of inpatient treatment.

The role emphasizes non-clinical coordination, safeguarding patient confidentiality, and supporting a smooth transition into treatment within a compassionate, trauma-informed environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent as required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient new patients during their first 72 hours.
• Coordinate connections between patients and the care team.
• Answer non-clinical questions and help patients understand what to expect.
• Conduct regular check-ins and identify barriers to engagement.
• Escalate concerns to nursing or licensed professionals as needed.
• Complete required documentation and maintain patient confidentiality.
