Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of one of the listed care/programs (PCT/CNA/MA or equivalent).
• Bachelor-level education not required for this role, apprenticeship option available.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to age and care criteria.
• Communicate with patients and nursing staff about status and care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning from admission to discharge.
• Support patient safety initiatives and unit operations.
• Engage in PI activities to improve care quality.
