Required: high school diploma or GED and completion of a CNA/MA/PCT program, nursing Fundamentals, or the HMH PCT Apprenticeship, or equivalent medical background. Phlebotomy/EKG/vital signs experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of one of the programs (CNA, Medical Assistant, PCT) or nursing fundamentals or HMH PCT Apprenticeship, or equivalent background.
• Willingness to learn quickly, strong teamwork, patient-focused care and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision in the PCT Apprenticeship program.
• Assist with phlebotomy, EKG and basic vitals as trained.
• Transition to a Patient Care Technician role upon successful apprenticeship completion.
