Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Completion of a CNA/PCT/Nursing Assistant program or related equivalency.
• PCT Apprenticeship program available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age, safety and care criteria.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and health care team.
• Participate in care planning from admission to discharge.
• Demonstrate initiative to improve patient care and job performance.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration and PI activities.
