Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Atlanta healthcare community.
• Established relationships within local hospitals and health systems.
• Ability to connect with nursing leadership, education, academic affiliations, workforce development, and hospital administration decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with hospitals and health systems throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding Georgia communities.
• Leverage existing professional relationships and healthcare networks to connect with hospital leaders and key decision-makers.
• Conduct targeted outreach and arrange meetings with nursing leadership, education departments, academic affiliation teams, workforce development leaders, and hospital administrators.
• Present MDT Institute’s nursing programs and clinical education needs to prospective hospital partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital partners through consistent follow-up and identify opportunities for student clinical experiences.
• Navigate hospital affiliation requirements and advance qualified partnerships toward letters of intent and executed affiliation agreements.
• Coordinate with MDT leadership and maintain clear records and updates on outreach activity, partnership progress, and next steps.
