Job summary

MDT Institute is expanding its healthcare education programs and preparing to develop nursing programs at our Duluth, Georgia campus. We seek an experienced, relationship-driven professional to establish hospital-based training partnerships across the Atlanta metro area.

The Hospital Partnerships & Outreach Specialist will serve as MDT Institute's primary representative for developing relationships with hospitals and health systems in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Experience developing partnerships with hospitals, health systems, or healthcare organizations.
• Proven outreach and ability to establish new relationships with hospital and healthcare decision-makers.
• Experience working with hospital leadership, nursing leadership, education departments, or workforce development.
• Experience advancing healthcare partnerships toward affiliation agreements, letters of intent, or similar agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with hospitals and health systems throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.
• Leverage professional networks to connect with hospital leaders and decision-makers.
• Conduct targeted outreach and arrange meetings with nursing leadership, education departments, academic affiliation teams, workforce development leaders, and hospital administrators.
• Present MDT Institute's nursing programs and clinical education needs to prospective hospital partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital partners through follow-up and identify opportunities for student clinical experiences.
• Navigate hospital affiliation requirements and advance partnerships toward letters of intent and affiliation agreements.
• Coordinate with MDT leadership and maintain records on outreach activity, partnership progress, and next steps.
