Job summary

MDT Institute is expanding its healthcare education programs and preparing to launch Nursing programs in Georgia. The Nursing Clinical Affiliation Specialist will identify and secure clinical training partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, behavioral health providers, and maternal-child health sites across the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Qualifications

• Experience developing clinical affiliation agreements or partnerships with healthcare and nursing organizations.
• Background in hospital education departments or nursing school administration is highly desirable.
• Existing relationships with healthcare facilities in the Atlanta metropolitan area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long-term care centers, behavioral health providers, and maternal-child health sites across the Atlanta metro area.
• Secure letters of intent and clinical affiliation agreements necessary to support the launch of our nursing programs.
• Coordinate outreach to Directors of Nursing, Clinical Education Directors, Hospital Administrators, and Facility Leadership to establish clinical training partnerships.
• Coordinate and collect information required for clinical site feasibility surveys and regulatory documentation.
• Support negotiation and execution of clinical affiliation contracts between MDT Institute and partner facilities.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities, agreements in progress, and signed partnerships.
• Provide timely reporting to MDT leadership regarding outreach progress, partnership development, and agreement status.
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure documentation aligns with regulatory expectations for nursing program approval.
