Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Parking Attendant to enforce parking regulations and assist visitors at the Cambridge location. The role involves directing traffic, providing information, and supporting the Motorist Assistance Program.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a Class D driver’s license are required, with 0–1 year of experience preferred. Onsite at 600 Main Street with hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Must learn to operate enforcement equipment, computers and vehicles.
• Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize and plan work.
• Maintain confidentiality in communications with employees and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic as assigned.
• Provide general information and directions to the public.
• Assist the community with the Motorist Assistance Program (e.g., jump starts, unlocks, fuel, tire changes).
• Issue written warnings and parking citations as required.
