Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Parking Attendant to enforce parking regulations and assist visitors at the Cambridge location. The role involves directing traffic, providing information, and supporting the Motorist Assistance Program.

A high school diploma or equivalent and a Class D driver’s license are required, with 0–1 year of experience preferred. Onsite at 600 Main Street with hourly pay and benefits.

• Ability to perform accurately in a detail-oriented environment.

Job Summary Full Time Days, Evenings and Nights available.

Responsible for enforcing parking regulations and providing courteous customer service at all times at all times. Issue written warnings and parking citations via hand-held computers and/or handwritten citation books to vehicles illegally parked.

• Direct vehicular and pedestrian traffic as assigned.
• Provide general information and directions to the public.
• Assist the community in accordance with the provisions of the Motorist Assistance Program (i.e.: vehicle jump starts, vehicle unlocks, obtaining vehicle fuel, changing of flat tires, contacting other agencies for assistance and escorting/transporting disabled persons).
