Job summary

Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital is seeking an Operation Assistant II in the Supporting Services department. You will help daily operations, supervise frontline teams, and assist in building and asset management while coordinating with contractors and wards.

The role requires suitable education and experience with hospital services, cleansing services, or logistics, with opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Completed F.5 / S.5 with passes in 5 subjects including English and Chinese.
• OR HKDSE Level 2 in English & Chinese, plus Level 2 in other required subjects.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of Supporting Services (housekeeping, transport, porter teams).
• Assist in managing Siu Sai Wan Health Integrated Building.
• Assist in overnight room and department equipment management.
• Liaise with users and service contractors for day-to-day services.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor frontline staff performance.
• Compile statistics, maintain duty rosters and staff records.
• Assist in staff training.
• Assist in handling emergencies and disasters.
• Perform cleansing or transportation duties when needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
