The Operations Manager will oversee 24/7 operations for Kennedy University Hospitals' hospital medicine groups within Jefferson Health, coordinating with Directors and Regional Managers to implement departmental plans aligned with enterprise goals. The role includes budgeting, KPI management, contract oversight, and project leadership across multiple departments.

It requires 5–10 years in healthcare management or related fields, with a focus on process improvement, finance, and change

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business required or MBA/MHA/MSN or related degree
3-5 years in Healthcare management or 5-10 years in quality, process improvement, finance, or change management
MBA, MHA, MSN or related degree with healthcare leadership residency/fellowship could satisfy requirements

Responsibilities

Oversee 24/7 operations for hospital medicine groups and ensure alignment with enterprise goals
Develop, monitor, and report KPIs; manage budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate with HR, IT, and physician contracting to meet staffing and service delivery needs
Lead projects and strategic initiatives; manage contracts and vendor relations
Collaborate with divisions and departments to drive care coordination and process improvements
