Job summary

Jefferson Health is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee 24/7 hospital medicine operations in the East Region. The role coordinates with Directors and regional leaders to align strategic plans with enterprise goals, manages budgeting, contracts, and performance metrics, and drives process improvements across departments.

Responsibilities include project management, data analysis, and collaborating with HR and IS&T for onboarding and initiative execution in Southern New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business required; 5-10 years in quality, process improvement, finance or change management.
• MBA, MHA, MSN or related degree with 3-5 years in healthcare management or administrative residency/fellowship is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KPI performance; establish department scorecards and conduct quality assessments.
• Review monthly financial statements, analyze variances, and report to leadership with budget insights.
• Lead budgeting, contract management, and strategic planning; coordinate with HR and physician contracting.
• Manage projects and initiatives for performance improvement and quality, ensuring on-time delivery.
