Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Operations Coordinator to lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager. The role focuses on achieving contracted metrics and supporting ASSET360 FTEs through team development.

You will coordinate equipment flow, maintain inventory, and supervise HST staff, including training and performance reviews, while fostering collaboration across shifts and ensuring a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Time management and ability to coordinate with multiple parties.
• Understanding of the technical and financial side of business.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager - Hospital.
• Help deliver established metrics within the contracted agreement.
• Assist in team building of ASSET360 FTEs.
• Coordinate equipment flow and maintain inventory to ensure effective asset management.
• Oversee supervision of HST personnel including training and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing schedules based on equipment volume and foster cross-shift cooperation.
• Deliver HST training manuals and educate staff on ASSET360 policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving guidance to HST staff.
