Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year Medical or Management experience

Aufgaben

• Lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager
• Meet established metrics within the contracted agreement
• Oversee equipment flow and manage inventory and supplies
• Train and supervise HST personnel; complete performance reviews
• Develop staffing schedules based on equipment volume
• Ensure adherence to ASSET360 policies and best practices
• Provide patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning tasks as needed
