Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Operations Coordinator to lead daily hospital operations in the absence of the Operations Manager and to drive contract metrics across the site.

The role includes overseeing equipment flow, staffing, training, and performance management for HST personnel, with a focus on building a positive, efficient team environment at Norton Downtown Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical or Management experience.
• Detail oriented and effective communicator.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations in absence of Operations Manager.
• Ensure metrics in the contract are delivered.
• Oversee equipment flow, inventory, and staffing across shifts.
• Coach and supervise HST staff; support training and performance reviews.
• Develop career paths for FTEs and foster a positive team environment.
• Deliver HST training and enforce ASSET360 policies and procedures.
• Support patient rounds, equipment delivery, and cleaning tasks as needed.
