El Camino Health seeks a Hospital Supervisor to direct daily operations, staffing, and patient flow across shifts, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care in compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager of PCR and MHAS, the HS will coordinate bed management, admissions, transfers, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, with a minimum 6 shifts per 4-week cycle and holiday coverage.

Competenze

• BSN from an accredited program.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Experience in an acute care setting preferred.

• Direct daily hospital operations and staffing.
• Ensure patient flow and bed management across units.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers and bed availability.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and PCR Clinical Manager.
