This leadership position requires strong collaboration with physicians, nurses and managers to ensure high-quality, value-based patient care across shifts.

Applicants must hold a California RN license with BLS and ACLS; a BSN is required and a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Advanced communication and leadership abilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and attainment of unit and organizational goals.
• Direct daily operations, resources, and patient throughput.
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses and clinical managers.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and support performance improvement initiatives.
